About the Event

Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!

John will be offering:

Barone di Valforte Colli Aprutini Pecorino – 100% Pecorino. Fresh on the palate but strongly structured. Notes of Asian pear & honeysuckle with a pleasant minerality.

Carlo Sani Primitivo di Manduria Riserva Oro Gold Nectar 2019 – 100% Primitivo. Color is intense ruby red with bouquet that is wide and complex to the nose; intense and complex with notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla. On the palate it is well balanced full-bodied wine, soft and rich in fine tannins with notes of cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Pair with Red meat, game, savory first courses.

Masseria Clemente Aglianico – 100% Aglianico. Aromas of earth, shaved chocolate, cherry, cranberry, and an underlying minerality. Dry, full-bodied, high tannins and acidity, flavors are of bright sour cherry, cranberry, blueberry, and a hint of earthy bramble. A very good quality, well structured, good depth

Vite Colte 'La Bella Estate' Piemonte Moscato Passito- – 100% Moscato. Deep golden yellow color with a bouquet that is open and complex, intense and aromatic, with a characteristic musky scent, and notes of honey and candied fruit. On the palate it is pronounced and complex, richly aromatic, exhibiting ripe apple and baked apple, notes of honey and candied fruit as well.
