About the Event

Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!

Russ will be offering:

Tenimenti Spinsanti “Sisto V” Spumante Brut Pecorino – (100% Pecorino) Dry sparkling white wine sees some contact with grape skins during fermentation, preserving special aromatic compounds. Made using the “Charmat” method, where carbonation occurs in a tank prior to bottling under pressure, this sparkling wine has the bright acidity associated with Pecorino, while also showing herbal and acacia characters with the minerality of the land.

Elena Fucci "Pink" Titolo Aglianico del Vulture – Intense and brilliant pink color. On the nose, a bouquet of fruity aromas with hints of citrus fruits, strawberries and white flowers. In the mouth mineral, savory and of great balance.

Tenuta Valdipiatta Rosso di Montepulciano – 90% Sangiovese, 5% Cannaiolo, 5% Mammolo. This ruby red wine has opulent aromas of berries, including blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, over more subtle notes of wildflowers and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is elegant, with well-balanced tannins, vibrant acidity, and a smooth texture. Pair with herb grilled pork tenderloin, pasta arrabbiata, Tuscan bean soup, and paella with chorizo.

Ghiga Moscato d’Asti DOCG – 100% Moscato. Perfect for dessert, or celebration. This effervescent wine has a complex fruit profile, with citrus, melon, and stone fruit, complemented by characters of honey and ginger. Add a little sweet sparkle to your life!

Which one will you like best? Let us know!
