Ingredients
1 package Sterilgarda Besciamella Béchamel Sauce
Sea salt
1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano
1 package Hot Smoked Salmon with Black Pepper, chopped
1 package Filotea Lemon Fettucine
In a 2 quart saucepan, warm the béchamel. Reduce heat and stir in 1/2 cup Pecorino Romano, smoked salmon until warmed through. Taste and adjust for salt. Set aside and keep warm.
In a large pot, bring to a boil 2 quarts of salted water. Add the fettucine and cook 5 minutes. Drain pasta, retaining some pasta cooking water. Pour pasta into béchamel/salmon sauce and mix well until all the pasta is coated with the sauce. If sauce is too thick, loosen with a little reserved pasta water.
Serve immediately topped with Pecorino Romano, if desired. Buon Appetito!
