· 250 grams Tagliolini Egg Pasta - (Try our Allemande Tagliolini)
· 1 jar Vodka Sauce -(Try our Casina Rossa Vodka Sauce)
· 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese (Try our Parmesan)
· 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper for serving
In a large pot, bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.
Add pasta to pot and boil 5-6 minutes until al dente.
Drain pasta and return to pot.
Add the jar of Vodka Sauce to the cooked pasta and heat a minute or so until warm.
Plate pasta and sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan and pepper. Enjoy with our Castellani Chianti Classico Riserva!
