About the Event
Love to cook and drink Italian wine? If you have been to (or plan to go to) Italy’s seaside areas, you probably ate fish! We decided to plan a course inspired by fish dishes and the Mediterranean diet. If you have been to our cooking events, you know the food is always fabulous and pairs well with the wines for a fun and educational experience. You will receive the recipes and can purchase the food ingredients and the wine served in the shop to recreate this great meal. Seating is limited in the 2 sessions.
As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare the 3 courses, Bobbi will introduce the paired wines. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
