About the Event
Join us for a class of preparing unique flatbread pizzas while you learn about a range of cooking skills and tips. We will pair amazing Italian wines with the different flatbreads. If you have been to our cooking events, you know the food is always fabulous and pairs well with the wines for a fun and educational experience. You will receive the recipes and can purchase the food ingredients and the wine served in the shop at a special discount to recreate this great meal. Seating is limited in the 2 sessions, the sessions are at Noon and 2 PM.
As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare the 3 courses, Bobbi will introduce the paired wines with our Importer. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
