About the Event
Love to create recipes that celebrate the flavors of summer? Come join us for a final hurrah for warm weather with our Celebration of Summer Cookery! We will pair 3 amazing Italian wines for each course. If you have been to our cooking events, you know the food is always fabulous and pairs well with the wines for a fun and educational experience. You will receive the recipes and can purchase the food ingredients and the wine served in the shop at a special discount to recreate this great meal. Seating is limited in the 2 sessions, the sessions are at Noon and 2 PM.
As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare the 3 courses, Bobbi will discuss the paired wines served with each course. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
