Each class is limited to 14 people.
Chef Dawn McLoughlin will guide us through the making of each dish in a special meal she has created, sharing recipes, ingredients and culinary techniques and tips. Dawn will explain how she prepared the first 2 courses and will demonstrate how to prepare the last course, sharing cooking tips and tricks, with ready answers to questions as they come up. You will go home with recipes to recreate the meal with many ingredients available in the shop. In between the courses, Simpatico owner Bobbi Parlett will offer insights into the blue zones lifestyle, drawn from years of hosting Sardinian wine dinners and exploring longevity-focused living.
