About the Event
Join us for a class where you learn about braising which is a slow cooking method that tenderizes tough foods. We will pair amazing Italian wines with each course. If you have been to our cooking events, you know the food is always fabulous and pairs well with the wines for a fun and educational experience. You will receive the recipes and can purchase the food ingredients and the wine served in the shop at a special discount to recreate this great meal. Seating is limited in the 2 sessions, the sessions are at Noon and 2 PM.
As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare the 3 courses, Bobbi will introduce the paired wines with our Importer Enzo Schiano from Impero Wines. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
