It's time for Italian comfort soups and sandwich and wines with this crazy cold weather! Want to learn how to prepare Italian Egg Drop/Stracciatella Soup, classic Minestrone with a twist and our version of Italian Cheese Sandwich? Add a cannoli for a sweet ending to a great event. Join us Saturday February 1st at Noon with Chef Dawn and Owner Bobbi Parlett. This will be a special learning and tasting experience of awesome food and wine.
As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare the Italian Stracciatella Soup, Bobbi will introduce the paired wines as we enjoy three courses, including 2 soups and an Italian Cheese Sandwich followed by a cannoli.
