Love to cook and drink Italian wine? Join us Saturday January 13th in one of three seatings offered starting at Noon with Marco and Cristina Doria, Importer owners of Doria Wines, as we Zoom them in on our big screen monitor from Italy in our MANGIA building for a special cooking class and wine pairing event.
As Marco and Cristina talk about the 3 fabulous Microwinery wines chosen for this event, our Resident Chef will show us how to cook the delectable Duck Breast which we will then enjoy as the 3rd small plate of our 3 small plate/3 wine tasting experience. We will surely have another fun and informative experience. There are 3 seatings starting at 12 noon. Marco Doria and Cristina Doria, brother and sister team, are the dynamic co-owners of Doria Wines, importers of exclusively micro winery wines. They focus only on vineyards in Italy that are micro wineries with very limited production indigenous grapes only, all family owned and produced, and are new to the US market. Marco and Cristina are from Torino, Italy, though Cristina lives in Maryland now.
