Cooking Class & Wines Pairing with Doria Wines - Mangia!

Love to cook and drink Italian wine? Join us Saturday Nov. 4th with Marco and Cristina Doria, Importer owners of Doria Wines, in our MANGIA building for a special cooking class and wine pairing. 

As Marco teaches us how to make an authentic Italian Porcini Mushroom risotto, Cristina will pour the wines to pair with the 3 small plate courses, the last being the Risotto Marco will be demonstrating and serving. We will surely have a fun and informative experience. There are 3 seatings starting at 12 noon. Hope to see you for our first cooking class event in our Mangia Building at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute! 

Marco Doria and Cristina Doria, brother and sister team, are the dynamic co-owners of Doria Wines, importers of exclusively micro winery wines. They focus only on vineyards in Italy that are micro wineries with very limited production indigenous grapes only, all family owned and produced, and are new to the US market. Marco and Cristina are from Torino, Italy, though Cristina lives in Maryland now.
