Love to cook and drink Italian wine? Join us Saturday Nov. 4th with Marco and Cristina Doria, Importer owners of Doria Wines, in our MANGIA building for a special cooking class and wine pairing.
As Marco teaches us how to make an authentic Italian Porcini Mushroom risotto, Cristina will pour the wines to pair with the 3 small plate courses, the last being the Risotto Marco will be demonstrating and serving. We will surely have a fun and informative experience. There are 3 seatings starting at 12 noon. Hope to see you for our first cooking class event in our Mangia Building at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
