About the Event

Love to cook, drink Italian wine & learn how to cook an awesome course? Join us Saturday March 16th in one of two seatings offered starting at 12:30 PM with Davide Di Paolo, Italian Winemaker and Wine Representative in USA of Italian Wines & more, as we enjoy 4 of the top 2% of all wines in Italy imported by Monsieur Touton. You will taste a native grape from Trentino Kerner for probably the first time, a Falanghina from Campania, a Montepulciano Reserve from Abruzzo and an Amarone Barriques 2017 from the Veneto. Dawn has created an awesome menu to pair with these award winning wines. 

As Davide talks about the 4 wines and the foods chosen to pair for this event, Dawn will show us how to cook the 1st course, which we will then enjoy as the 1st small plate of our 4 small plate/4 wines tasting experience. We will surely have another fun and informative experience. There are 2 seatings starting at 12:30 PM. Hope to see you for this event in our Mangia Building at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
