About the Event

Love to cook and drink Italian wine? Join us Saturday Dec. 16th with our Resident Chef and Oenophile in our MANGIA building for a special cooking class and wine pairing. 

As Chef teaches us how to prepare Pan Seared Bronzino Lemon Caper Sauce, Farro, Pine Nuts, Currants, Linda will pour the wines to pair with the 3 small plate courses, the last being the Fish Chef will be demonstrating and serving. We will surely have another fun and informative experience Celebrating 3 of the 7 Fishes! There are 2 seatings at 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM. Hope to see you in our Mangia Building at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
