Bobbi Parlett of Simpatico, Italy's Finest welcomes Opera performers for an evening of Wine, Italian Opera Favorites & Paired Courses on August 23rd, Friday at 7 PM at Scossa Restaurant & Lounge, Easton MD. Matt Burns of Magnum OPVS will be our speaker who will relate the wine characteristics to the Italian opera songs that April Martin and Ben Werley will perform, accompanied with live music by Justina Lee. Chef Bobbi and Giancarlo have planned a wonderful tasting menu of 7 courses with favorite wines paired with each course based on the songs to be performed. This surely will be a very special fun, entertaining and delightful evening!
