Love to cook and drink Italian wine? Want to learn how to prepare Oyster Stew? Join us Saturday February 15th at 12:30 PM or 2:30 PM with Chef Dawn and Owner Bobbi Parlett. This will be a special learning and tasting experience of 3 delicious oyster courses with paired wines. 


As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare our Oyster Stew, Bobbi will introduce the paired wines as we serve each course. We will surely have another fun and informative experience. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
