Sample Saturdays: Free Wine Tasting with Christina and Marco Doria of Doria Wines

Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!

Cristina and Marco will be offering:

Bajaj Roero Arneis DOCG 2020 - 100% Arneis. Soft and intense, with a slightly acidic vein that gives freshness and persistence. Interesting post-nasal vegetal notes of aromatic herbs family. It is characterized by an extraordinary minerality.

San Martin Primera Vez Rose – 50% Nebbiolo, 30% Barbera, 20% Neretto. Pleasantly fresh, sapid with good structure and persistence. Aromas of red fruit, watermelon, rose, and viola. Pairs especially well with fish and seafood, but can be enjoyed with cheese, roasted vegetables, white meats.

Corrado Meinardi Dolcetto d’Alba DOC – 100% Dolcetto. Bright red color with purplish highlights. Intense, sophisticated and fruity bouquet. On the palate it is dry, good body, smooth, balanced, slightly tannic, quite persistent. Pair with antipasti, cured meats, rice and pasta dishes.

Cascina Delle Rocche Bric D’arsura Moscato D’asti DOCG 2021 - 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli. Citrus flowers, sage, white fruits born to pair with dessert but ideal for a spicy meal or alone as a five o’clock wine.
