Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!

Let our Resident Chef delight you with a lunch of the day with a glass of wine! Stop in to enjoy a leisurely Italian experience as we introduce our new casual dining venue!

Cristina will be offering:

Orzan Ivaldo Val di Miec Ribolla Gialla 2022 – 100% Ribolla Gialla. Deep golden yellow color with hints of Lemon, Peach and Acacia. Pair with delicate fish appetizers, Delicate fish first courses, White meats, Risotto with seafood, Fried fish.

Corrado Meinardi Dolcetto d’Alba DOC – 100% Dolcetto. Bright red color with purplish highlights. Intense, sophisticated and fruity bouquet. On the palate it is dry, good body, smooth, balanced, slightly tannic, quite persistent. Pair with antipasti, cured meats, rice and pasta dishes.

Corrado Meinardi Barbera d’Alba DOC – 100% Barbera. Color is garnet red with a bouquet that is intense, sophisticated, complex, with ripe fruity notes of blackberry and cherry. On the palate it is dry, well-structured, smooth, quite crisp, harmonious and persistent. Pairs with rice and pasta dishes with meat sauces, cheese.

Cascina Delle Rocche Bric D’arsura Moscato D’asti DOCG 2021 - 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli. Citrus flowers, sage, white fruits born to pair with dessert but ideal for a spicy meal or alone as a five o’clock wine.
