Davide will be offering:
Poggio le Volpi People Frascati Superiore DOCG – Malvasia/Trebbiano. Bright pale yellow. On the nose reminds pear and green apple, then elderflower, grass and white flowers. Mainly fresh and tasty, fruity and easy to drink with a long persistence. Pairs well with sea food starter, risotto, different preparations with fish, fresh spreadable cheeses.
Sinello Montepulciano D’Abruzzo Riserva DOC – 100% Montepulciano. Intense bright ruby red with violet hues. Fragrant and fruity, persistent and intense with clear notes of spices, liquorice and vanilla. Balanced, full, warm and an embracing good body, it expresses itself with a good intensity and pleasant persistent lingering taste. Accompanies dishes with red meats, game and aged cheeses.
Antonutti Poppone IGT - 80% raisiny Merlot 20% Pignolo. Ruby red color. The nose exhibits notes of ripe red berries. Sweetish with a pleasant fresh-tasting, long and rich finish.
Vite Colte Il Furetto Brachetto D’Aqui DOCG- Shimmering red color subtly tinged with pink. Bouquet is richly aromatic, intense crisp fruit particularly strawberry and cherry, hints of rose petals. On the palate, both sweetness and acidity are well balanced, with a velvety smoothness and a slight effervescence. The finish shows notes of almond.
