Sample Saturdays: Free Wine Tasting with Doria Wines

Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!

Cristina and Marco will be offering:

Di Barrò Petite Arvine Vallée D’Aoste DOC (dry white) - Scents of alpine flower bouquet, Fresh, white pulp fruit flavors with undertones of citrus, Bright acidity and minerality with a slight sapid finish, Pairs well with salads, quesadillas, fresh cheese, artichoke dip, caprese salad.

Vermentino di Gallura Superiore DOCG (dry white) - Intense fragrance that opens with floral scents of jasmine, white peach, and fresh almond. As it warms up, tropical fruits and evident saline sensations also become detectable. All guarantee a tasty and full drink with a savory tail and almond-like final touch, typical of the vine.

Kocjancic Rado Refosco Krogle (dry red) - 85% Refosco, 10% Merlot and 5% Piccola Nera. Aromas of red fruits and great freshness. Vitality and acidic notes on the palate, which however are smoothed by winemaking, aging and the presence of the Piccola Nera.

Cascina Delle Rocche Bric D’arsura Moscato D’asti DOCG (sweet white) – 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli. Citrus flowers, sage , white fruits born to pair with dessert but ideal for a spicy meal or alone as a five o’clock wine.
