About the Event
Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines offered to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!
This Saturday we welcome back John Carrabas of Global Wines. His experience and knowledge of wines is vast and he will be sharing that with you on Saturday!
He will be offering for you to taste the 3 wines below:
Zorzettig Sauvignon Blanc- 100% Pinot Grigio. Pretty golden color, it shows dusty florals and spice before giving way to young white peach. The expression is round and pliant in the mouth with subtle notes of ripe apple and almond paste. Salty minerality lingers, framing the expression nicely.
