Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!
John will be offering:
Nuovi Mondi Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG – 100% Cortese. Intense aroma of acacia blossom, lily of the valley, and green apple. The flavor is dry and harmonious. Pair with antipasti or light dishes.
Zorzettig Pinot Grigio – 100% Pinot Grigio. Pretty golden color, it shows dusty florals and spice before giving way to young white peach. The expression is round and pliant in the mouth with subtle notes of ripe apple and almond paste. Salty minerality lingers, framing the expression nicely.
