About the Event

Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!

Linda will be offering the following wines:

Pietro Nera “La Novella” Nebbiolo Bianco 2019 Alpi Retiche IGT – White wine from Nebbiolo? Certainly! This blend of Nebbiolo (80%), Chardonnay, and locally historic Rossola comes from the Valtellina region of Italy, near the Swiss border. Crisp, fresh fruit and delicate minerality. Pair with risotto, young cheese, cured meats, and an outdoor view.

Corte alla Flora Loggiato IGT Toscana 2018 - 50 % Sangiovese, 50 % Cabernet Franc. The elegance and finesse of Sangiovese are enriched by the structure and strength of the soft Cabernet Franc. Intense ruby red with a harmonious, full bodied flavor with fine tannins.

Zenato Ripassa Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore 2018 DOC - A rather deep nose, with a mineral twist jumping out from the black chocolate and tarry blackberries. Quite juicy on the medium-to full-bodied palate, rounded by firm and resolved tannins. Attractive freshness to the dark-berry fruit in the finish. Excellent companion to game dishes, grilled meat and roasts, salami and aged cheeses.

Cantina Sociale Di Casorzo Malvasia Dolce – This wine displays ripe cherry, raspberry, and strawberry fruits are mingled with hints of spice, cassis, and candied currants. It finishes with a refreshing spritz.

Which one will you like best? Let us know!

We hope to see you at Simpatico to explore our amazing wines, foods, gifts and more from every region in Italy! Cin Cin!
