Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!

Tenimenti Spinsanti “Sisto V” Spumante Brut Pecorino – (100% Pecorino) Dry sparkling white wine sees some contact with grape skins during fermentation, preserving special aromatic compounds. Made using the “Charmat” method, where carbonation occurs in a tank prior to bottling under pressure, this sparkling wine has the bright acidity associated with Pecorino, while also showing herbal and acacia characters with the minerality of the land.
