About the Event
Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!
Russ will be offering:
Tenuta Gorghi Tondi Dumè Frappato Sicilia DOC- Light ruby red color with violet reflections. Intense, with fruity notes of blackberry, raspberry and pomegranate, quite complex and fragrant. On the palate it is fresh, with a good structure, on the palate it is velvety and juicy. It can enhance the notes of eggplant parmigiana, lasagne with pesto or oily fish.
Hisotelaray Anto’ Primitivo Salento IGT - Pours medium purple/ruby, intense youthful aroma. Bright raspberry and cranberry with dried rose, oregano, and earth. Serve with grilled meat, roasted vegetables, Puglian focaccia.
