Sample Saturdays: Free Wine Tasting with Vincenzo "ENZO" Schiano of Impero Wines

Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!

Vincenzo will be offering:

Casa D'Ambra Ischia Bianco – Biancolella 85%, Forastera, San Lunardo and Uva Rilla 15%. Ischia Bianco enchants with its island charm, a refreshing sea breeze in every sip, showcasing the vibrant essence of Mediterranean terroir.

Casa D’Ambra Leninfe – Blend of Falanghina, Malvasia di Candia, Greco, Trebbiano. Color is straw yellow and golden hues with a bouquet of ripe fruit and herbs. On the palate it is dry and harmonious.

Lava Aglianico Beneventano IGT – 100% Aglianico. Deep red with violet reflections. Complex and intense, red fruit with clear notes of spice and vanilla. Slightly tannic, tannins are firm and smooth, clean and dry on the finish. Best Served with rich main courses, meat and roast meat.

Brilla Moscato Sparkling – 100% Moscato. Exuberant, fresh cheeky, pleasant and suitable for any occasion. Straw yellow color with golden reflections showing typical aromatic, floral, and fruity scents of the Moscato grape. Balanced and soft on the palate.
