About the Event

Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us this Sunday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!

Cristina will be offering:

Pierfabio Mastronardi Mammarne Bianco IGT– Color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is fine and delicate with notes of Mediterranean scrub, sage and thyme, notes of small wild pears and fresh grass. On the palate it expresses balance between an acid note and a savory, juicy and persistent note. Pair with appetizers based on fish and shellfish, sushi and delicate cured meats.

Le Calle Rosa della Calle Ciliegiolo - 100% Ciliegiolo. Intense and rich, with floral and fruity notes reminiscent of cherry and raspberry. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced, with a fruity and persistent aftertaste.

Di Barrò Torrette Vallée D’Aoste – 90% Petit Rouge and 10% Cornalin/Vien de Nus/Premetta/Fumin grapes. Medium purple color. Nose of Black olive, peppercorns, coffee, raspberry, current, clove, grilled sausage, milk chocolate, pine branch. On the palate it is raspberry, strawberry, mint, oregano with a dusty finish. Pair with grilled red meats, kale or other bitter greens, gnocchi with tomato sauce, fontina cheese.

Cascina Delle Rocche Bric D’arsura Moscato D’asti DOCG 2021 - 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli. Citrus flowers, sage, white fruits born to pair with dessert but ideal for a spicy meal or alone as a five o’clock wine.
