Shellfish Cookery (2:00 PM Class)

As a seasonal food, shellfish is at its prime during September. Join us to learn how to take advantage of shellfish at its freshest and most delicious, with Chef Dawn's very own shellfish recipes. We have paired 3 amazing Italian white and red wines to pair with the courses. If you have been to our cooking events, you know the food is always fabulous and pairs well with the wines for a fun and educational experience. You will receive the recipes and can purchase the food ingredients and the wine served in the shop at a special discount to recreate this great meal. Seating is limited in the 2 sessions, the sessions are at Noon and 2 PM.
