Ciao Tutti! Please join us with our Italian co-host Davide Megna as we introduce you to exclusive wines from Sicily. 

For this event, we will be cooking again! Preparations are simple and delicious, you won't regret the cook-up, we promise! Non-Meat alternatives for the 4th course can be accommodated upon request. 

Here is the menu for our Sicily Zoom Wine Dinner: *

First Course

Zucchini Flower Stuffed with Mozzarella & Parmiggiano with Caponata Sauce

Traimari - pleasant and dry with citrus notes and yellow peaches

Second Course

Arugula Insalata with Oranges, Fennel, Olives with Lemon Olive Oil with White Balsamic

Grillo Salinaro 2021 - well balanced with grapefruit and citrus notes, softened by a light hint of vanilla

Third Course

Busiate Pasta with Trapanese Pesto

Passimora Nero d’Avola 2020 - soft, warm and persistent, with delicate notes of red fruits, pomegranate and plums

Fourth Course

Veal Marsala, a classic dish with Mushrooms

Carranco Etna Rosso 2017 - well structured and balanced with hints of strawberry and cherries. Spicy notes of black pepper and rhubarb, long lasting finish
