2 Sessions offered on Saturday January 31st: A class from 12:30 to 2:00 PM and a class from 2:30 to 4:00 PM. Join us for a fun, educational and delicious experience. Each class is limited to 14 people.
Chef Dawn McLoughlin will guide us through the making of each dish in a special meal she has created, sharing recipes, ingredients and culinary techniques and tips. Dawn will explain how she prepared the first 2 courses and will demonstrate how to prepare the last course, sharing cooking tips and tricks, with ready answers to questions as they come up.
