Join us on Saturday January 16th for our next Zoom Wine Dinner, as we continue our virtual tour of Italy wines and foods, and we visit Emilia-Romagna, considered one of the richest regions of Italy with regard to its gastronomic and wine-making traditions. Lambrusco is the most famous wine of the region, and Its history goes back centuries to when the Etruscans cultivated the vine in the Emilia part of the region. If you have only ever tasted sweet Lambruscos, you will be in for a taste treat and education for this evening's program - our featured winery, LINI 910 is celebrated for their fresh, food-friendly, and traditional dry style of Lambrusco wines.
