Come visit the Piedmont and Veneto Regions without leaving St Michaels at our wine tasting with Susan Glass of Free Run Wine Merchants. $3 for a Simpatico wine glass or taste for free out of plastic.
-Cieck Erbaluce di Caluso – Fresh and vibrant white wine with a youthful expression and enviable acidity. A terrific aperitivo, this white also pairs splendidly with a wide variety of fish dishes.
-Angelo Negro Vino Rosso – A pleasantly tart wine with notes of candied red fruit on the palate. Wonderful chilled!
-Angelo Negro Prachiosso Roero DOCG – An intense ruby Nebbiolo with a warm and enveloping taste, delicate tannin and after taste of red fruits, berries and vanilla.
-Cantina Colli Euganei Baci Dolci – A semi-sparkling red with abundant fruit and a kiss of sweetness. Pair with cured meats and a wide range of cheeses. Cin Cin!!
