Asiago Mushroom Gnocchi in Tomato Sauce
Extra virgin Olive Oil (Try our Lazio EVOO)
1 pkg - Asiago Mushroom Gnocchi (Try our Gnocchi)
1 jar - Mini Red Datterino Tomatoes (Try our Tomatoes)
Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese (Try our Parmesan)
2 Chopped Garlic Cloves (Try our Garlic)
Arrabbiata Spice & Herbs (Try our Arrabbiata Spice)
Salt (Try our Sea Salt)
In a pan with extra virgin olive oil, fry garlic until golden then add tomatoes, salt and black pepper.
Cook for about half an hour, press tomatoes to break apart then add Arrabbiata Spice (optional).
Add Asiago Mushroom Gnocchi and chopped basil leaves to sauce and warm for a few minutes.
Serve with grated Parmigiano and more chopped basil and enjoy. Buon Appetito!
