Baked Feta and Castelvetrano Olives

Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins


Servings: 4

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. In a small baking dish, add 1/8 cup of the olive oil. Swirl to cover the base of the dish.

  3. Place block of feta cheese in the baking dish.

  4. Top with olives, garlic, lemon zest, thyme, and chili flakes.

  5. Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and serve immediately with bread sticks or pita crackers.
