Baked Feta and Castelvetrano Olives

1 block of Feta cheese (Try our Feta)
1 cup Castelvetrano Olives, pitted (Try our Castelvetrano Olives)
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Try our Sicilian Olive Oil)
1 garlic clove, chopped.
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 tablespoon thyme leaves
1 pinch red chili flakes (Try our Calabrian Crushed Chili Peppers)
Bread Sticks (Try our Grissini Bread Sticks)
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a small baking dish, add 1/8 cup of the olive oil. Swirl to cover the base of the dish.
Place block of feta cheese in the baking dish.
Top with olives, garlic, lemon zest, thyme, and chili flakes.
Drizzle the remaining olive oil on top.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve immediately with bread sticks or pita crackers.
