4 1 inch slices of Panettone (Try any of our Panettone Options)
1 cup milk
dash of cinnamon
4 tablespoons butter (Try our Butter of Parma)
pinch of salt
Whisk egg, milk, cinnamon and salt together in a shallow bowl.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Dip each slice of panettone into egg mixture until both sides are coated well.
Cook panettone in sizzling butter until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Top with powdered sugar of your syrup of choice and serve immediately! Yum!
