Panettone French Toast

  1. Whisk egg, milk, cinnamon and salt together in a shallow bowl.

  2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Dip each slice of panettone into egg mixture until both sides are coated well.

  4. Cook panettone in sizzling butter until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.

  5. Top with powdered sugar of your syrup of choice and serve immediately! Yum!
