11 oz Penne Pasta
4.25 oz Canned tuna in oil
7 oz Basil pesto
4 oz cherry tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil
2 whole garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
Parsley for serving
While you are cooking the pasta by package directions, brown the garlic in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Add the cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes until they start to burst.
Then add the drained tuna and pesto and mix by adding a little water from cooking the pasta.
When the pasta is al dente, add it directly to the sauce. Mix well with the heat off and add some chopped parsley to serve.
