  • Zest of 1 lemon plus 1 TBLS Juice

  • 1 Clove of Garlic thinly sliced

  • 1/2 cup Dried Currents

  • 1/4-1/2 cup sliced Basil leaf

  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Glaze

  1. Toss first 9 ingredients in a large stainless steel bowel, mix well to combine.

  2. Add next 2 mix well and season to taste. You may prefer to add additional EVOO or Balsamic Glaze to taste.
