Ingredients
250g Tagliatelle (Try our Filotea Tagliatelle)
60mL olive oil (Simpatico EVOO from Umbria)
4 tsp Truffle Butter (Try our Truffle Butter)
4 oz Shaved Parmesan Cheese (Try our Parmesan)
Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper to taste
Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water for 5 minutes or until al dente.
Drain the pasta, stir in the Truffle Butter and plate.
Top with the Shaved Parmesan, salt & pepper to taste and serve immediately!
