Morelli pasta is produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and processed using artisan methods. Since 1860 Antico Pastificio Toscano Morelli has been a family-run company creating high quality pasta. They utilize an artisanal method of reincorporating wheat germ into their pasta, which is normally stripped away from the wheat. This gives their products a high level of Vitamin A and D, as well as protein. Extruded with bronze dies and dried at low temperatures, this pasta is made with the highest standards, respecting traditions that go back generations. 8.8 0z (250g)
