Lemon pasta with Alfredo sauce, Artichoke Hearts, Grilled peppers and Prosciutto
Ingredients:
- Box of Filotea Tagliatelle Lemon Pasta
- ½ jar of AVO Artichoke Hearts in Olive Oil, drained
- 1 jar of Castellino Grilled peppers, drained
- Package of Maestri Prosciutto
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Pasta: cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.
2. Slice the Artichoke Hearts to desired size. Empty Alfredo Sauce in pan and add the drained artichokes. Bring to a simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings for 2 minutes. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.
3. Tear prosciutto to desired size Add the sliced peppers and prosciutto to the pasta and sauce, gently tossing to combine.
4. Serve: Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
